10 Women in Risk Interviews

Brief

Having worked on a joint project with the CII and Insurance Supper Club to produce a brochure aimed at dispelling the myth that insurance was neither an interesting or exciting career and nor was it a first-choice career option due to limited opportunities it offered, The Insurance Supper Club approached us about working with them with our sister company Key Women on Business (KWIB) in creating some engaging video content that would build on the earlier project.

Design/Create

We collaborated with the Insurance Supper Club agreeing the 10 high profile women in the insurance sector and agreed the 10 month schedule over which they would be published. With the schedule set in place, the videos were shot in early 2018 and edited ready for hosting on KWIB and Insurance Supper Clubs websites.

Outcome

The campaign, which is still ongoing, has seen an increase in the number of visits to both website as well as receiving a higher than expected number of views/downloads. It has given our client a tool to use in being able to open conversations to facilitate growth in the number of members to their networking group as well as starting to change perceptions about the number of opportunities for women to reach senior positions in the insurance profession.
