Our brief

New Hat Thinking provides a unique training service for a wide range of businesses, delivering memorable team building events and more across the world including Europe, USA and Asia. We were briefed by New Hat to help them rebrand their business to bring a more business focus in support of winning clients in Kent and the South East of England. The rebrand would then be applied to a new website and corporate stationery as well as social media channels.

What we did

Think:  An initial consultation allowed us to establish what the client wished to achieve from a rebrand and how they wanted to reach their target audience. During this session we were able to determine the client’s values, vision and where they wish to position themselves within their competitive marketplace. It was at this point the phrase 'Realising potential' was agreed as summing up New Hat Thinking's honest and enthusiastic approach. 

Design:  Firstly, we created an array of new fresh logos with a range of bold and bright colours that embodied New Hat Thinking's energy and positivity. The strategy behind the design of the website was inspired by the New Hat Thinking's ambition to make businesses 'grow'. With this in mind and many of New Hat Thinking's activities being situated outside of the classroom, it seemed appropriate to run with the theme of nature but ensure the creative approach still engaged the business sector. 

Create:  Once the new brand was signed off we got to work applying it to the corporate stationery, social media channels and the development of the new website. The web developers began creating CMS templates based on the design and branding already established. The website had to be fully responsive and so it can be accessed by all across all platforms.


With an innovative and contemporary rebrand, New Hat Thinking have repositioned themselves within the business sector and are currently reaching out to new clients through a consistently branded social media platform and a bespoke and engaging website.
